+ Wagner Realty announces its top producers for July
Wagner Realty announced its top producers for the month of July. Listing honors went to Debra Ibasfalean, of the Longboat Key office, and Karen Day, of the Anna Maria Island office. Sales honors went to Teresia Bradford, of the Longboat Key office, and Deborah Thrasher, of the Anna Maria Island office.

+ SAR announces nominees for 2011 board of directors
The Sarasota Association of Realtors Nominating Committee announced the following nominees as officers for the 2011 board of directors: Michael Bruno, of Prudential Palms Realty, for president; Laura Benson, of Michael Saunders & Co., for vice president; Roger Piro, of Town and Country, for treasurer; Dave Swenson, of EXIT Creative Realty, for secretary; and Erick Shumway, of Re/Max Alliance Group, as immediate past president.

Nominated as new three-year directors are: Peter Crowly, of Re/Max Alliance Group; Carla Rayman, of Prudential Palms Realty; Mary Smedley, of Prudential Palms Realty; Stafford Starcher, of Re/Max Alliance Group; and Drayton Saunders, of Michael Saunders & Co.

The election will take place Sept. 17, at the SAR annual meeting.
