Simply Spoiled Boutique owner Vanessa Opstal lives for making her customers happy. So happy, in fact, that she goes to the extreme of providing curbside service to her most frequent shoppers.

“They keep their credit card information on file here, so when they call and list what they need, I’ll have their order ready to run out to them when they pull up outside,” Opstal said.

She moved Simply Spoiled to a new location at 1471 Main St. July 1, and with the exception of the original terrazzo floors, everything has been remodeled.

“This spot has been unoccupied for four years,” Opstal said. “We changed everything — from new walls to ceiling tiles — to create a really Zen feeling when you walk in.”

Her favorite lines, such as Becca Cosmetics, Balm, Kate Summerville Skincare and Vera Bradley are displayed elegantly atop clean, white shelving throughout the boutique, with local jewelry lines decorating the tabletops. Simply Spoiled also hosts private parties and partners with various charities for fundraising events.

“Every product here is accessible,” Opstal here. “Nothing is behind the counter, and customers can test, try on or smell anything. It truly is an experience to come here."
