Lakewood Ranch CC home sells for $1.225M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 14-21.

Two homes in Lakewood Ranch Country Club Village tops this week’s real estate. Daryl Brown, Bradenton, and Edward Bongart, Sarasota, sold their home at 12535 Highfield Circle to Matthew and Sarah Robbins, Lakewood Ranch, for $1,225,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 7,089 square feet of living area.

Grover and Marcia Wrenn, Denver, sold their home at 7319 Desert Ridge Glen to Monique Cadieux, Lakewood Ranch, for $875,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,586 square feet of living area.

Keith Bisaha and Kathleen Bolland-Bisaha sold their home at 6406 189th St. E. to Sarah David, Bradenton, for $625,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,418 square feet of living area.

Bill Nikitopoulos, Bradenton, sold his home at 7626 Tralee Way to Robert and Barbara Lapp, Bradenton, for $522,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,151 square feet of living area.

David and Jonnie Buffaline, Bradenton, sold their home at 10639 Cheval Place to David and Evelyn Fuchs, Bradenton, for $517,400. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,070 square feet of living area.

Todd and Cindy Shannon, Palmetto, sold their home at 12724 Daisy Place to Mark and Karen Napier, Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,869 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $559,900 in 2006.

Upper Manatee River
Edward Guimond of Brasstown, N.C., sold his home at 902 117th St. E. to Mark and Caroline Kretzer, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2008.

Arbor Lakes
Donald Finn of Carmichael, Calif., sold his home at 6112 Saddlehorn Ave. to John and Susan Bausch, Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,508 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $271,500 in 1997.

St. James Park
Blanche Long sold her home at 6621 St. James Crossing to Warren and Mary Leflar, University Park, for $290,900. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,152 square feet of living area.
