The Braden River High girls basketball team finished 1-2 this week.
On Nov. 30, the Lady Pirates defeated Manatee 47-31. On Dec. 1, Braden River lost a close game to Lemon Bay 49-45. The Lady Pirates wrapped up the week with a 48-34 loss to a talented Port Charlotte team.
Caitlyn Benedetto scored 14, 26 and 13 points, respectively, over the course of the three games to lead the way for Braden River.
