Riverdale home tops real estate transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 22 and Nov. 3.

A home in Riverdale Revised tops this week’s real estate. LaSalle 115 Holdings LLC-Series 18 SFR sold the home at 557 Fore Drive to David and Jonnie Buffaline, Bradenton, for $795,400. Built in 2008, it has six bedrooms, five baths and two half-baths, a pool and 5,927 square feet of living area.

John Campbell, trustee, sold the home at 6943 Cumberland Terrace to Daniel and Jane Sweeney, University Park, for $510,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $395,700 in 2000.

St. James Park
Walter and Marilynn Eising sold their home at 6653 St. James Crossing to Blair and Joy McMillan, University Park, for $425,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,946 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 1998.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Linda Jacobs, Bradenton, and Patrisa Handley, Sarasota, sold their home at 6174 Palomino Circle to Conrad and Barbara Bernier, University Park, for $365,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,528 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $418,600 in 2004.
