A condominium in Sarabande tops all real-estate transactions from Nov. 9 to Nov. 16. Claire Levin, trustee, sold the Unit 45 condominium at 340 S. Palm Ave. to James and Carol Noah, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 2,761 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $691,200 in 1998.
