A home in River Forest tops this week’s real estate transactions. Ryan and Tracy Fox, Bradenton, sold their home at 5979 River Forest Circle to Gary Keller, Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,184 square feet of living area.

Tracy Ruoff sold her home at 7626 Heyward Circle to Ralph Hauze II, University Park, for $390,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,900 in 2008.
