The Boston-based Juliani Kenney Investment Capital LLC purchased Whitney Beach Plaza for $3.7 million including liquid assets on Friday, Dec. 17, according to Juliani Kenney principal Brian Kenney.

Kenney said that the company hopes to secure an anchor tenant within 60 days. For more information, pick up the Dec. 23 edition of The Longboat Observer.
