Waterlefe home sells for $700,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 21-29.

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops this week’s real estate. Kenneth Baum and Sharon Borsella, Bradenton, sold their home at 10815 Winding Stream Way to Louis and Gina Ziebell for $700,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,521 square feet of living area. It sold for $540,900 in 2001.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
Vincent and Jennifer Lemler sold their home at 13407 Matanzas Place to Aziz and Nirza Tejpar, Bradenton, for $650,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 3,941 square feet of living area.

Andrea Tetla sold her home at 7816 Rosehall Cove to Aaron and Courtney Kennedy for $579,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,825 square feet of living area.

Timothy and Elizabeth Jacobson of Barrington, Ill., sold their home at 13877 Siena Loop to Carolyn Ramsey, Lakewood Ranch, for $397,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,294 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $492,400 in 2004.

William and Vicky Rogerson, Ft. Lauderdale, sold their home at 6933 Woodmore Terrace to Glenn and Kathleen Todd, Bradenton, for $257,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 1,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2009.

King Ranch-Manatee Inc. sold the home at 5978 River Forest Circle to Joseph and Sara King, Bradenton, for $395,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 3,202 square feet of living area.

HSBC Bank USA NA sold the home at 6709 Pirate Perch Trail to James and Beverley Kruse, Bradenton, for $380,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,127 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $566,000 in 2006.

Jason and Sandra Christensen, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 14104 Nighthawk Terrace to Joshua and Bianca Murack, Lakewood Ranch, for $375,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,010 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2006.
