'ArtZGirls' announce youthful art exhibit

The Zonta Club of Sarasota announced a youth art exhibit and sale that will benefit Girls Inc. and the Zonta Fund for Women.

“ArtZGirls” will be held Sunday, Feb. 14, at the Towles Court Arts District. The artwork has been created by Girls Inc. girls with assistance and mentoring by Towles Court artists and will be available for sale. Zonta Club members are also selling raffle tickets to win one of three prizes: an original painting donated by local artist Debbie Dannheisser; a special collaborative piece created by Girls Inc girls; or a weekend package at the Hotel Indigo.

Raffle tickets are $5 with these proceeds going to the Zonta Fund for Women and Girls Inc. Proceeds from artwork sales will fund the counseling program at Girls Inc.
