Ranch home sells for $550,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 30, 2009, and Jan. 12.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club tops this week’s real estate transactions. Richard and Ruth Corn, trustees, Bradenton, sold the home at 7943 Royal Birkdale Circle to Nicholas and Josephine Baudo, Bradenton, for $550,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,903 square feet of area.

Denison
Victor and Sharon Appel, Sarasota, sold their home at 3109 51st St. E. to Vincent and Jennifer Lemler for $470,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,360 square feet of living area.

Braden River Lakes
Marlene Williams sold her home at 4402 14th Ave. E. to Ronald and Amelia Luycx, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, two and one half-baths and 2,080 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $141,000 in 1993.

Riverdale Revised
Stewart Wade and Patricia O’Connor sold their home at 4731 Pinnacle Drive to Cortney and Leslie King, Bradenton, for $359,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two and one half-baths, a pool and 2,377 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2004.

Country Meadows
Bank of America NA sold the home at 308 148th Court N.E. to Johnny Meireles and Joao and Elisa Meireles, Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,931 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $408,000 in 2009.

River Club South
Tropical Financial Credit Union sold the home at 9931 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Christopher and Megan Matras, Bradenton, for $323,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,665 square feet of living area.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
Hoffman Two Properties LLC sold the unit 35 condominium at 8306 Miramar Way to Phillip and AnnaMae Erickson and Pamela Erickson, Lakewood Ranch, for $290,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three and two half-baths and 2,733 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Andrew and Elizabeth Shabetai, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 22435 Panther Loop to Harry and Gwendolyn Chaney, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,560 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $334,900 in 2001.

Edgewater Village
Carol Strickland and Timothy Weselak, Bradenton, sold their home at 8466 Sailing Loop to Jeffrey and Sharon Cowgill, Lakewood Ranch, for $275,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2004.
