A home in Coral Cove tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Jan. 14-19.

Edward and Susan Cooper, of Cullowhee, N.C., sold their home at 7362 Periwinkle Drive to Jerome and Joan Ennis, of Sarasota, for $1.45 million. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,789 square feet of living area.

Dennis and Susan Tracey, of Stamford, Conn., sold their Unit 205 condominium at 707 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Marsha Zapson, of Sarasota, for $300,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,200 in 2003.
