Riverdale home tops real estate transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 30, 2009, and Jan. 21. Two homes in Riverdale top this week’s real estate.

Juergen and Gabriele Boecker, trustees, of Esslingen, Germany, sold the home at 4515 Blue Marlin Drive to Marvin and Roxanne Rakes, Bradenton, for $453,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,238 square feet of living area.

Riverdale
M. Dwight and Donna Ferguson, Sarasota, sold their home at 4511 Swordfish Drive to George and Patricia Barrie, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,230 square feet of living area.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
First Horizon Home Loans sold the home at 22109 Deer Pointe Crossing to John Owen, Bradenton, for $337,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three and one half-baths, a pool and 3,207 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2004.

Ashley Trace at University Place
Louise Hughes, Sarasota, sold her home at 7640 Charleston St. to Diane and Mark McAdams, University Park, for $314,900. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, two and one half-baths and 2,514 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Frank and Carolyn Mauro sold their home at 7812 Haven Harbour Way to Christopher De’Rose and Tina Desantis, Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two and one half-baths, a pool and 2,526 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $272,900 in 2003.

Greenbrook Village
Keith Kruse sold his home at 6506 Flycatcher Lane to Richard and Cathryn Askerud, Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $333,400 in 2005.

GreyHawk Landing
Bank of New York Mellon sold the home at 12809 Kite Drive to David Campbell, Palmetto, for $250,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,524 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $461,000 in 2005.

John and Jean Stobbie of Stamford, Conn., sold their home at 12663 Cara Cara Loop to Danielle Cummings and Jason Shellhaas, Bradenton, for $224,900. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,019 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $262,100 in 2004.

Summerfield
Michael Towns and Melina Spice, Miami, sold their home at 6510 Deerberry Court to John and Susan Finnan, Bradenton, for $242,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $275,000 in 2003.
