Firefighters step up for healthy hearts

In support of the American Heart Association’s “Go Red for Women” movement, the Sarasota Firefighters Benevolent Fund held a firefighter relay race to the top of Plymouth Harbor Saturday, Feb. 13.

Firefighters were required to wear all of their gear during the event and competed in teams as they raced up the stairwell. A portion of the proceeds benefited the American Heart Association.
