Michael's earns some bragging rights

Michael’s On East is one of just 17 restaurants throughout the United States — and one of only two restaurants in Florida — to receive a Four Diamond Award for more than 20 consecutive years.

Bill Diamond, senior motor auto club manager from the AAA Auto Club South, presented Michael Klauber and Phil Mancini with their 20th consecutive AAA Four-Diamond Award Friday, Feb. 12. Evaluation, conducted by professional evaluators who dine unannounced at AAA member-nominated restaurants, is based upon rigorous evaluation criteria including a combination of the overall food, service, décor and ambience.
