A home on Casey Key tops all real-estate transactions for the week of Jan. 27 to Feb. 2. Thurston and Shirley Monson, of Kittery, Maine, sold their home at 4000 Casey Key Road to Mario and Lisa DePinto, of Nokomis, for $950,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,231 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 1995.
