Lakewood Ranch home sells for $2.45M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 13- 25.

A home in Lake Club tops this week’s transactions. LDG Lakes II LLC sold the home at 7937 Waterton Lane to Joseph and Susan Brielmann, Lakewood Ranch, for $2,450,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 7,280 square feet of living area.

Grosvenor Gardens
Elizabeth Ingham, trustee, and John Reich of Riverside, Calif., sold the home at 8309 Grosvenor Court to James Spencer, University Park, for $785,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,088 square feet of living area.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
Gibraltar Homes LLC sold the home at 7017 Brier Creek Court to John and Patricia Spellman, Bradenton, for $775,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,614 square feet of living area.
John and Lynne Sauickie, Sarasota, sold their home at 12516 White Water Place to Douglas and Tauna Durand, Lakewood Ranch, for $655,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,990 square feet of living area.

J. Stuart and Hillary Bardwell, Bradenton, sold their home at 7970 Royal Birkdale Circle to Robert and Susan Spadaccia, Bradenton, for $625,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,369 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $697,000 in 2003.

John and Caroline May, Bradenton, sold their home at 7665 Portstewart Drive to James and Debra Dunbar, Lakewood Ranch, for $494,500. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,285 square feet of living area.

Barbara Miller sold her home at 7188 Whitemarsh Circle to Mark and Nicole Ingemi, Bradenton, for $480,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,500 in 2002.
