East County - Winding River home sells for $800,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 30 and Dec. 7.

Two homes top this week’s sales. The first is located in Knightsbridge. Valerie Keating, Timothy Tatro and Victoria Bazzano, trustees, sold the home at 7348 Barclay Court to Coralee Ostlund, University Park, for $800,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,114 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2002.

The second is located in Winding River. Paul Gartenberg, Bradenton, sold his home at 14115 11th Terrace N.E. to William and Rosita Greer, Bradenton, for $800,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,574 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Pierre and Claudette Hamelin, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 812 Whooping Crane Court to Arne Pontan, Bradenton, for $690,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,096 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $779,000 in 2004.

Lakewood Ranch Country Club Village
Joanne and David Dillon, trustee, Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 7122 Beechmont Terrace to Judith and Richard Raymond, Bradenton, for $605,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,189 square feet of living area.

Robert and Cecilia Weber, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6523 The Masters Ave. to Patrick and Kimberly O’Connor, Lakewood Ranch, for $499,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,280 square feet of living area.

James and Sharon Scotta, Bradenton, sold their home at 7639 Desert Inn Way to Timothy and Jacqueline McGovern, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,087 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $373,100 in 2003.

Michael and Heather Hope, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7106 Pine Valley St. to Frederick and Donna Kimber, Bradenton, for $567,500. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,736 square feet of living area.

Arthur Fleischer, trustee, and Gabrielle Fleischer sold the home at 7643 Heathfield Court to Albert Sturdivant, University Park, for $515,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,860 square feet of living area.

Kathleen Zehr sold her home at 7667 Heathfield Court to Andrew, Graeme and Philip Ottaway, University Park, for $485,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $810,000 in 2005.
