Country Club Village home sells for $550,000

The following residential real-estate transactions took place from Dec. 9 to Dec. 15.

A home in Lakewood Ranch Country Club Village tops the real-estate transactions for this week. Bruce Braunstein, Bradenton, sold his home at 7535 Abbey Glen to Joy Singh, Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,831 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.05 million in 2005.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Lisa Zimring, trustee, sold the home at 10638 Restoration Terrace to Phyllis Johnston and Brenda Beahm, Bradenton, for $518,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,057 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $543,700 in 2003.

Pomello Park
Jeffrey and Carla Baldwin, Bradenton, sold their home at 21810 68th Ave. E. to Jan and Linda Gille, Bradenton, for $462,500. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,397 square feet of living area.

Eaton Place
Gerald and Devorah Castor sold their home at 7366 Eaton Court to William Goforth, University Park, for $439,000. Built in 1995, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,724 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 1998.

Myakka City
Michael and Linda Miller, Myakka City, sold their home at 10750 Saddle Oak Road to Andrew and Karen Bell, Myakka City, for $387,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,040 square feet of living area.

Tailfeather Way at Tara
Robert and Marcia Dryjowicz, Bradenton, sold their home at 6720 Tailfeather Way to William and Janice Davis, Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,544 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $336,000 in 2004.

Robert and Carol Wilhelm, Bradenton, sold their home at 8718 49th Terrace E. to Roger Tucker, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,844 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,000 in 2001.

Miramar Links at Lakewood Ranch
Hoffman Two Properties LLC sold the Unit 25 condominium at 8356 Miramar Way to Donald and Shelia Henderson, Lakewood Ranch, for $296,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and two half-baths and 2,733 square feet of living area.

Greyhawk Landing
Walter and April Sugamura, Bradenton, sold their home at 12071 Aster Ave. to Donna Maben, Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $495,000 in 2006.

Bank of New York Mellon, trustee, sold the home at 219 Dahlia Court to Angela and Matthew Moore, Bradenton, for $208,400. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,230 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2008.

Braden Woods
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 6214 Braden Run to Gilbert Burlew, Bradenton, for $247,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and two half-baths, a pool and 2,779 square feet of living area.

Lake Vista Residences
Apex Holdings LLC sold the Unit E-305 condominium at 7612 Lake Vista Court to Afsaneh Shaygan, Lakewood Ranch, for $200,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $461,600 in 2007.
