Larise and Michael Nicholson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5262 Avenida Del Mare to Ludwig and Maria Cavaliere, of Macon, Ga., for $1.1 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,018 square feet of living area.

Aurora Loan Services LLC sold the home at 5301 Hidden Harbor Road to John and Sally Laskey, of Sarasota, for $868,000. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,868 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.3 million in 2006.

Roberts Point
Robert and Sandra Stone, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4117 Roberts Point Circle to Scott Loretan, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,872 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $411,000 in 2001.

Sarasota Beach
Jeffery and Anne Silver, of Sarasota, sold their home at 709 Avenida Del Norte to James DiBlasi, of Jacksonville, for $295,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2004.

Julia and Richard Barker, trustees, sold the Unit 53 condominium at 6006 Midnight Pass Road to Robert, Linda and Shannon Johnson, of North Port, for $259,000. Built in 1960, it has one bedroom, one bath and 600 square feet of living area.

Walter and Barbara Dyhrberg, of Garden City, Mich., sold their Unit 203 condominium at 5673 Midnight Pass Road to Frank Jackson and Laurentine Mulhern, of Kings Park, N.Y., for $230,000.
