+ Wagner Realty announces new office manager, agents
Wagner Realty announced that Gina Uliano has been appointed branch manager of the company’s Longboat Key office, located at 5370 Gulf of Mexico Drive, Suite 101, Centre Shops. Uliano will continue to serve as branch manager of the company’s West Manatee office and as part of The Royal Team.
The company also announced the addition of 10 agents to the Longboat Key office. Many of those agents previously worked solely in the West Manatee office but will now work out of both offices. Uliano said that merging the staffs of the two offices will allow agents to service the entire West Manatee area.
Karl Esterbrook, Jim Adkins, Susan Klement, Marcia Bayard, Debra Ibasfalean, Mary Schmidt and Gina and Peter Uliano will now work out of both the West Manatee and Longboat Key offices. Foster Lewis will now work out of both the El Conquistador and Longboat Key offices. Curt Bell will now work out of the Longboat Key office. Dorothy Cook, Kelly Belisle, Marta Altizer and Lynne Jackson will continue to work out of the Longboat Key office.
+ Maggie Hutter joins Prudential Palms Realty
Maggie Hutter has joined her sister, Charlene Hutson, at Prudential Palms Realty. Hutter has been a Realtor since 2004. She holds the Graduate Real Estate Institute (GRI), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Transnational Referral Certified (TRC), Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) and Quality Service Certified (QSC) designations.
+ Chatt promoted to VP of Island Real Estate
Larry Chatt has been promoted to vice president of Island Real Estate of Anna Maria Island Inc. Chatt has an engineering background and previously served as general manager of Island Real Estate. He is a graduate of the Florida Realtor Leadership Academy.
“I am excited to continue to be part of an awesome team at Island Real Estate,” Chatt said in a prepared statement. “I am looking forward to continued growth in real estate and property management for 2010 and beyond.”
