The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 29 and Jan. 6. A home in Siesta’s Bayside Baypoint tops all real-estate transactions for the week. Oreo Corp. sold the home at 830 Siesta Key Circle to Gissy Holdings II LLC for $1.15 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,352 square feet of living area.

Sarasota Beach
Denise Powell and Denise Bizzaro, of Sarasota, sold their home at 559 Beach Road to Daniel and Katherine Kurtzman, of Chicago, for $895,000. Built in 1997, it has six bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,426 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.31 million in 2003.

Siesta Properties
Richard Esrey, trustee, sold the home at 7417 Sanderling Road to Martin and Lena Lothman, of Sarasota, for $575,000. Built in 1948, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in
1993.

Tivoli by the Sea
Robert Warner and Christine Wilcox, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 502 condominium at 625 Beach Road to Donald and Sheryl Mark, of Glen Ellyn, Ill., for $430,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,144 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2004.

George and Barbara Lose, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 209 condominium at 4532 Ocean Blvd. to Ann Pohl, of Sarasota, for $395,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2004.

Samuel Miller, of New York, sold his Unit 203 condominium at 4532 Ocean Blvd. to Anthony Borthwick, of Osprey, for $340,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $27,700 in 1968.

Kathleen Shoemaker, of Rochester, Mich., sold her Unit 303AA condominium at 1055 Peppertree Drive to Paul and Jamie Isaac, of West Seneca, N.Y., for $360,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $173,000 in 1995.

John and Suzanne Hatton, of Liberty, Ohio, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 8635 Midnight Pass Road to Michael and Kellie Sapp, of Snellville, Ga., for $310,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,267 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $152,000 in 1995.

Phyllis and Lionel Blaukopf sold their Unit 303 condominium at 1250 N. Portofino Drive to Dorothy and Denise Gentilcore, of Philadelphia, for $255,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $284,500 in 2002.

James Bagshaw and Sandra Munroe, of Salisbury, Mass., sold their Unit 712 condominium at 5657 Midnight Pass Road to Patrick and Carole Carroll, of Seattle, for $246,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,012 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $121,000 in 2004.
