A home in The Concession tops this week’s real estate. CRM Florida Properties LLC sold the home at 19451 Ganton Ave. to Henry Sun and Yong Xu, Bradenton, for $1,530,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 9,101 square feet of living area.

Lake Club
Marc Rutenberg Homes Inc. sold the home at 16105 Foremast Place to Michael and Ruth Harshman, Lakewood Ranch, for $1 million. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,221 square feet of living area.

Langley Park
Vincent and Sandra D’Alessandro, trustees, of Fairfield Glade, Tenn., sold the home at 7019 Langley Place to Carl and Roberta Sheffer, University Park, for $960,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,970 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Richard Hoff, trustee, sold the home at 7207 Pasadena Glen to David and Amy Sessions, Lakewood Ranch, for $850,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,810 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,987,600 in 2005.

ASRF Investment Inc. sold the home at 6606 the Masters Ave. to Joseph and Jean Hurd, Lakewood Ranch, for $490,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 1999.

Jeffrey and Utahna Smith, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6705 Oakmont Way to Kenneth Anthone, Lakewood Ranch, for $682,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, one half-bath, a pool and 3,963 square feet of living area.
