+ Sharon Ross joins Michael Saunders & Co.
Sharon Ross has joined the St. Armands office of Michael Saunders & Co. Originally from Butler, Pa., Ross graduated from Michigan State University and moved in 1983 to Sarasota. She worked at the Woodlands II at Bent Tree, Prestancia and the Oaks and was the leading salesperson at the Venice Golf and Country Club for 10 years. She continued her career selling new homes and home sites at University Park Country Club.
In 2002, Ross joined U.S. Assets Group to sell Orchid Beach Club on Lido Beach and sold $73 million in condominiums in 18 months. She has spent the past five years as director of sales at the Founders Club.

+ Owens to head new Wagner Realty division
Tamara Owens will head Wagner Realty’s new full-service management division, based in downtown Sarasota. Owens has managed properties in Sarasota and has operated a concierge service for her clients.
“Tamara’s background and experience makes her a wonderful addition to our staff,” said Wagner Realty President David Eckel in a prepared statement.
