A condominium in Harbor View on Golden Gate Point tops all real-estate transactions for the week of June 8 to June 14. 650 GGP LLC sold the Unit 503 condominium at 650 Golden Gate Point to Michael Post, of Sarasota, for $787,500. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,837 square feet of living area.
