The Manatee East Little League 10-and-11-year-old All-Stars defeated Braden River 7-6 and 15-2 to capture the District 26 Championship July 8-9.
Manatee East finished the season undefeated with a 4-0 record while Braden River finished 2-2. Manatee East will now represent the district in the sectional tournament with the winner advancing to the state tournament.
