+ Beau Ciel condominium holds downtown soiree
Barbara Mei, broker/associate with Surfside Properties, recently hosted a soiree at Beau Ciel condominium in downtown Sarasota. More than 70 people, including real-estate brokers, residents and other guests, attended the event at the 17-story luxury condominium. The event was catered by the adjacent Hyatt Regency Sarasota. Speakers at the event included the building’s architect, Chuck Jones, Greater Sarasota Chamber of Commerce President Steve Queior and Hyatt Regency Sarasota General Manager Mark Becker, who introduced new room service and “Taste of Summer” menus available to condominium residents and a catering menu designed specifically for Beau Ciel.

+ Sheryl Vieira rejoins Signature Sotheby’s Realty
Sheryl Vieira has rejoined Signature Sotheby’s International Realty as director of marketing and public relations.

Vieira is a member of the Florida Public Relations Association and has served as an advisory board member for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Central and Northern Florida. She received the President’s Volunteer Service Award from the President’s Council on Service and Civic Participation in conjunction with the Corporation for National and Community Service and USA Freedom Corps. She is also a three-time ADDY award winner.

+ Thompson joins Michael Saunders’ St. Armands office
Linda Thompson has joined the St. Armands office of Michael Saunders & Co. Thompson has been a permanent resident of Sarasota County since 1992. She is a member of the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing and the ILHM Million Dollar Guild. She has earned the Seniors Real Estate Specialist designation by the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council and the National Association of Realtors. Thompson is ICREA (International Consortium of Real Estate Associations) transnational certified and has experience with project and property management.
