Judith Hoffman, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 7112 Teal Creek Glen to Jonathan and Luana Eckhard, Lakewood Ranch, for $1.35 million. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 6,861 square feet of living area.
