Siesta Key condo sells for $1.3 million

A condominium in Summer Cove on Siesta tops all real-estate transactions from May 10 to May 14. Snavely Siesta Associates LLC sold the Unit 801C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to Ahmad and Susan Abouhossein, of Dayton, Ohio, for $1.25 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,490 square feet of living area.

SIESTA KEY
Gulf and Bay Club Bayside
Suzanne Pemberton, of Comstock Park, Mich., sold her Unit 1389-F condominium at 1389 Siesta Bayside Drive to William Harrison, of Ontario, Canada, for $595,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,835 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $615,000 in 2002.

Beachaven
Phil and Ana Rogler, of Prairie Village, Kansas, sold their Unit 58 condominium at 5858 Midnight Pass Road to Maureen Ballesteros, trustee, for $384,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 813 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $568,000 in 2005.

Peppertree Bay
David and Mary Jones, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 228 condominium at 1106 Peppertree Court to David and Linda Arend and Michael Ledzian, of New Berlin, Wis., for $365,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,180 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $118,000 in 1987.

Siesta Harbor
James and Tracy Burk, of Oak Hill, Va., sold their Unit 409 condominium at 1350 N. Portofino Drive to Myles and Penelope Milligan, of Rothesay, Canada, for $282,500. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $120,000 in 2000.

Polynesian Gardens
Milton and Alina Valdes, of Rutherford, N.J., sold their Unit M-12 condominium at 1116 S. Moonmist Court to John La Bar II and Helen Lau, of Des Moines, Iowa, for $238,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $499,000 in 2005.

Coral Cove
Marvin and Mary Haber, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7434 Periwinkle Drive to Marie Chagnon, trustee, for $1 million. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2001.

Bayview-Heights
Randal Salser and Keily Griffin Salser, of Leon, sold their home at 1725 Bayview Drive to Gregory and Daria Ferreira, of Sarasota, for $530,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 1999.

Phillippi Landings
PL Development B LLC sold the Unit 601 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to John and Julianne Edwards, of Sarasota, for $499,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,024 square feet of living area.

Rivo at Ringling
Federal National Mortgage Association sold its Unit 1012 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Gary Marple and Meredith Rutter, of Sarasota, for $362,600. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $520,000 in 2007.

Gulf Gate Woods
G. Neale and Catherine Tomkinson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 7441 Bounty Drive to Victoria Urschel, of Sarasota, for $290,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,001 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2005.

Morning Glory Ridge
Bonus Property Inc. sold the home at 6270 Parmeron Lane to Corina Duffy, of Sarasota, for $267,800. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a- half baths and 2,719 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.55 million in 2009.
