A home in The Lake Club tops this week’s real estate transactions. Todd Johnston Homes Inc. sold the home at 15904 Clearlake Ave. to Eldi and Denise DesChamps, Bradenton, for $1,715,000. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five and two half-baths, a pool and 5,801 square feet of living area.

Walt and Joan Flowers of Rancho Santa Fe, Calif., sold their home at 13232 Palmers Creek Terrace to Robert and Patricia Bradbury, Bradenton, for $1.2 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, five and one half-baths, a pool and 4,950 square feet of living area.
