University Place home tops transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place on May 12.

A home in Magnolia Hammock at University Place tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Steven Batky, University Park, sold his home at 7407 Green St. to Marcia and Matthew Lockwood, University Park, for $419,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,112 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $422,700 in 2004.

EAST COUNTY
Greenbrook Village
Marc and Audrey Koeppel, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6614 Rosy Barb Court to Rich and Lynn Toscano, Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,136 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $662,500 in 2006.

Ashley Trace at University Place
Steven and Christina Sargent of Flemington, N.J., sold their home at 7819 Ashley Circle to Eric Zampol, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $457,800 in 2005.

William and Susan Pleis, St. Louis, sold their home at 3835 Little Country Road to Marion and Glenna Campbell, Parrish, for $350,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,894 square feet of living area.
