Built in 1991, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,401 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $452,500 in 2003.

John and Tammy Salmon, Bradenton, sold their home at 7607 Partridge St. Circle to John and Sherri Duell, Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,152 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Greenbrook Village
Dean and Nancy Hunter, Sarasota, sold their home at 14325 Sundial Place to Alfredo De La Cruz-Nogueiras and Mayling Gamez-Lau, Bradenton, for $284,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,362 square feet of living area.
