Siesta Beach home sells for $3 million

A home in Siesta Beach tops all real-estate transactions for the week of June 1 to June 7. Jon Lee, of Sarasota, sold his home at 867 Siesta Key Circle to Matthew Rice, trustee, for $3 million. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five baths, two half-baths, a pool and 7,566 square feet of living area.

Hidden Harbor
Martin Frey and Karoline Easterling sold their home at 5311 Hidden Harbor Road to Robert and Lynne Huff, of Dayton, Ohio, for $1.8 million. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,685 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.55 million in 2007.

Friedrich and Heidi Korsch, of Osprey, sold their home at 5119 Jungle Plum Road to Gabriel Noto, trustee, for $1.3 million. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,618 square feet of living area.

Siesta Isles
Gary Fadely, trustee, and Yvonee Fadely, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5408 Azure Way to Lelon International LLC for $1.52 million. Built in 1961, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,574 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2003.

John and Janet Lovelace, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5232 Shadow Lawn Drive to W. David and M. Denise Sanders, of Bristol, Ind., for $780,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,803 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $766,400 in 2004.

Hugo Lopez and Lucille Kirk-Lopez, of Bradenton, sold their home at 5322 Cape Leyte Drive to Robert and Susan Pitiger, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,995 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $480,000 in 2004.

Cheryl Merrifield, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 221 condominium at 221 Tenacity Lane to Mark Roscio, of Madison, Conn., for $850,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,041 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $865,000 in 2002.
