University Park home sells for $800K

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Jan. 29 and Feb. 8.

A home in Regents Park tops this week’s real estate. David and Mary Lock sold their home at 8124 Regents Court to Peter and Theresa Wride, University Park, for $800,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three and one half-baths, a pool and 3,147 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in 1996.

Lakewood Ranch Golf and Country Club
William and Susan Sjem of Tannersville, N.Y., sold their home at 12615 Elgin Terrace to Eugene and Andrea Doren, Bradenton, for $505,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,788 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Michael and Kathleen Martella sold their home at 7636 Harrington Lane to Philip and Constance Purser, Bradenton, for $470,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three and one half-baths, a pool and 3,342 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,200 in 2002.

Greenbrook Village
Brian and Lisa Leland, Bradenton, sold their home at 13312 Swallowtail Drive to Brian and Shawn Lacina, Bradenton, for $425,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,082 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $575,000 in 2007.

Mill Creek
Luis and Luz Corcuera, Bradenton, sold their home at 2114 147th Court E. to Lucia Johnstone, Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,939 square feet of living area.

Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the condominium unit at 7953 St. Simons St. to Blake Ulrich, University Park, for $245,600. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area.

Kondaur Capital Corp. sold the home at 3718 162nd Ave. E. to Robert Escavich and Kathy Enders, Parrish, for $275,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2009.
