La Bellasara condo sells for $2.2 million

A condominium in La Bellasara tops all real-estate transactions from Feb. 10 to Feb. 12. Donald Carter, of Addison, Texas, sold his Unit 201 condominium at 464 Golden Gate Point to Fred and Carolyn Rucker, of Sarasota, for $2.2 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,384 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.19 million in 2009.

Michael and Melissa Burns, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3200 Bay Shore Road to Poppy MacKenzie, of Ontario, Canada, for $375,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,307 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $81,900 in 1995.

Harbor House West
Dellzell Sammon, trustee, sold the Unit 64 condominium at 226 Golden Gate Point to Dev Narayan, of Sarasota, for $340,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $52,500 in 1977.

W.O. Marbles
Lighthouse Pointe LLC sold the home at 526 Osprey Ave. to Anita Wexler, of Sarasota, for $282,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 989 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $298,000 in 2008.

James and Karen Wendel sold their Unit 224-D condominium at 1075 Peppertree Drive to H. Bryan Poff Jr., of Amarillo, Texas, for $362,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,000 in 2000.

Charles Drive

Jason and Tonya Graber, of Chesapeake, Va., sold their home at 305 Charles Drive to Carroll Daiute Jr., of North Venice, for $310,000 Built in 1965, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,331 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $610,000 in 2005.
