Lake Club home sells for $1.221M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Feb. 9-17.

A home in Lake Club tops this week’s transactions. Marc Rutenberg Homes Inc. sold the home at 15809 Clearlake Ave. to Ray and Loretta Harris, Lakewood Ranch, for $1.221 million. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four and two half-baths, a pool and 5,726 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Robert Hendrickson, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 7936 213th St. E. to Haring and Anna Nauta, Bradenton, for $1 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five baths and one half-bath, a pool and 4,937 square feet of living area.

Jennifer Stevens of Hartford, Conn., sold her home at 21308 69th Ave. E. to Randall and Kathy Coe, Bradenton, for $595,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,282 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2003.

Pat and Renee Aiezza sold their home at 6710 261st St. E. to James and Lisa Robson, Myakka City, for $275,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, two baths and one half-bath, a pool and 3,065 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Robert and Dorothy Schildt of Boulder Junction, Wis., sold their home at 6947 Cumberland Terrace to Jeffrey and Candice Caufield, Bradenton, for $602,000. Donald and Mary Steinwachs, Sarasota, sold their home at 6335 Thorndon Circle to Helga Graaf, University Park, for $475,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,529 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $318,000 in 1995.
