Charles and Cynthia Hornback, Bradenton, sold their home at 4621 Swordfish Drive to George and Danuta Schloemer, Bradenton, for $462,000. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three and one half-baths, a pool and 2,931 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $849,000 in 2005.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Steven and Marilyn Roberts of Cucamonga, Calif., sold their home at 8226 Snowy Egret Place to James and Jennifer Murphy, Bradenton, for $390,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,561 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,800 in 2003.

David and Caroline Long, St. Petersburg, sold their home at 6124 Ninth Ave. Circle N.E. to Mike and Sineath Seng, Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three and one half-baths, a pool and 3,802 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $733,400 in 2003.
