A home in Rosedale Highlands tops this week’s transactions. Arthur and Barbara Polk, Bradenton, sold their home at 4914 96th St. E. to James and Susie Lamy, Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,790 square feet of living area.

Carol Welch, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 7612 Windward Cove to Donna Pickard, Lakewood Ranch, for $435,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,220 square feet of living area.

River Club South
James Palawski, Bradenton, sold his home at 9976 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to James and Alla Johnson, Bradenton, for $400,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,936 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $458,000 in 2002.

William and Laureen Burtless of Greer, S.C., sold their home at 7125 Dornough Lane to Joseph Hibbard, Bradenton, for $272,500. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,104 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,500 in 1999.
