A home in Harbor Acres tops all real-estate transactions from April 5 to April 12. Thomas and Nancee Jackson, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1329 Vista Drive to Charles and Nancy Blackburn, of Sarasota, for $2.4 million. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.35 million in 2008.

Robert and Kari Breunig, of Madison, Wis., sold their Unit 1003 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Frank Galati and Peter Amster, of Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2008.

Patricia Petry, trustee, sold the Unit 32 condominium at 166 Golden Gate Point to Joe and Janet Whitley, of Sarasota, for $750,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,130 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2006.

David Blair, of Sarasota, sold his home at 630 Avenida De Mayo to Arthur and Kandy Magnotti, of Sarasota, for $540,000. Built in 1947, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 1990.
