The latest from Michael Klauber and Phil Mancini is that construction is under way in their recently-leased space adjacent to Michael’s Wine Cellar, formerly occupied by the Sassy Hair Salon. They plan to enlarge the retail space to increase their wine and spirits offerings. The expanded Wine Cellar will now seat up to 80 guests for special events. They are also creating a bona fide dressing room for event performers, fashion-show models and, of course, brides. They estimate the work will be done by Sept. 15.
