Lakewood Ranch home sells for $925,000

A home in The Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Anthony and Susan Novellino, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7107 Teal Creek Glen to James Nichols, Bradenton, for $925,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four and one half-baths, a pool and 4,260 square feet of living area.

Country Meadows
Howard Field, Naples, sold his home at 311 Country Meadows Way to Bradley and Cynthia Franzen, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,484 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $447,900 in 2007.

Country Creek
Kenneth and Margaret Hartman sold their home at 115 141st Court NE. to Claudia Zorovich and Thomas Knieriem, Bradenton, for $318,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,302 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Fannie Mae sold the home at 6615 Pirate Perch Trail to Joseph and Lisa Palmeri, Bradenton, for $295,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,479 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,500 in 2009.
