A condominium in Terrace East tops all real-estate transactions from April 13 to April 16. Margaret Helms, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 1102 condominium at 5300 Ocean Blvd. to Gary and Renee LeDonne, of New Albany, Ohio, for $575,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,375 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $55,500 in 1973.

Paul Sibole Jr., of Sarasota, sold his home at 322 Island Circle to Clarence and Kimberly Griffin, of Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 1982, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,395 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 1998.

Fishermans Cove
Carl Manthei and Margaret Breddlove-Manthei, of Shakopee, Minn., sold their Unit A-212 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Eric Pfaff, of Rocky River, Ohio, for $465,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2003.

Joseph Cassar Jr., trustee, sold the Unit 904 condominium at 6415 Midnight Pass Road to Martin Beerman, trustee, for $431,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,290 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $113,000 in 1980.

Samuel and Ana McMillian sold their Unit 16 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Peter and Vivian Thoma, of Bellevue, Neb., for $400,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 889 square feet of living area.

Siesta Beach
Joan Athman sold her home at 724 Treasure Boat Way to Jane Folger, of Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,387 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $114,000 in 1987.

Elizabeth Shook, of Sarasota, sold her Unit A1 condominium at 8901 Duval Lane to Pawel Potocki, of Olsztyn, Poland, for $255,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $715,700 in 2007.
