Key home sells for $6.65 million

A Longboat Key property has sold for a 2010 Longboat Key record of $6.65 million.

According to the deed filed at the Sarasota County Courthouse, the buyer of the home at 2735 Gulf of Mexico Drive was Linda Scott, trustee of the Florida Land Trust Agreement, of Longboat Key. Sellers were George and Elizabeth Tomaszewicz, also of Longboat Key.

According to the Sarasota County Property Appraiser’s website, sarasotaproperty.net, the Gulf-front home was built in 2008 and has six bedrooms, six bathrooms, three half-baths and a swimming pool. The home has a total building area of 11,450 square feet, including 6,735 square feet of living space.
