+ Tim Field earns foreclosure and short-sale certification
Timothy Field, of Michael Saunders & Co.’s Longboat Key South office, has earned the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource certification from the National Association of Realtors. The SFR certification allows Realtors to help sellers move through the complexities of short sales while helping buyers to pursue short-sale and foreclosure opportunities.

Field earned his real-estate license in 1969 and his broker’s license in 1973. He owned a real-estate sales development company and managed Arvida Corp. real-estate sales in the mid-1990s. He joined Michael Saunders & Co. in 2003.

+ St. Hilaire joins Michael Saunders’ St. Armands office
Beverly St. Hilaire recently joined the St. Armands Circle office of Michael Saunders & Co. St. Hilaire holds professional status in the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the International Interior Design Association (IIDA) and is certified with the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ). She is a licensed interior designer in Florida, Virginia and California and is a LEED Accredited Professional.

+ Longobardi named sales associate for Rivé Isle
Michael Longobardi has been named sales associate for Rivé Isle Golf & Nautical Estates, a luxury residential community located on a 225-acre island on the north shore of Manatee River in Parrish.
Longobardi is the former director of sales at the Longboat Key Club Moorings Marina. He has more than 20 years of experience in real-estate sales.
