River Club home tops sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 15-16.

A home in River Club South tops this week’s real estate transactions. Terry and Karen Craft of Castle Rock, Colo., sold their home at 10009 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to John and Margit Schey, Bradenton, for $575,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,596 square feet of living area.

EAST COUNTY
Broadmoor Pines
Ann Pummell, Attorney-in-fact, sold the home at 7917 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to Scott Brann, Sarasota, for $373,500. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,869 square feet of living area.

NORTH MANATEE
Pheasant Ridge
James Perkins, Sarasota, sold his home at 16147 County Road 675 to Shawn and Amelia Thompson, Parrish, for $200,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two and one half-baths, a pool and 2,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2007.
