Tower Residences condo sells for $2.32 million

A condominium in Tower Residences tops all real-estate transactions for the week of April 19 to April 26. Dean and Lori Degross, of Port Charlotte, sold their Unit 1202 condominium at 35 Watergate Drive to Toby Siegel, of Sarasota, for $2.32 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.5 million in 2004.

Phillippi Landings
PL Development B LLC sold the Unit 801 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Eric Thorsen and Ilene Graff, of New City, N.Y., for $750,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,530 square feet of living area.

PL Development B LLC sold the Unit 705 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Gregory Finnegan, of Dayton, Ohio, for $479,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living
area.

PL Development B LLC sold the Unit 602 condominium at 5531 Cannes Circle to Boris and Roza Ioffe, of Charleston, Ill., for $390,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,720 square feet of living area.

Rivo at Ringling
Bruce Roberts, of New York, sold his Unit 1212 condominium at 1771 Ringling Blvd. to Michael Harwood and Christine Coleiro, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,483 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $501,000 in
2006.

Oyster Bay Estates
Laura Kim, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1820 S. Lake Shore Drive to Lisa Gialdini, of Zanesville, Ohio, for $355,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2004.

Broadway Promenade
Johnny Thompson and Carol Kornak sold their Unit 1123 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Robert and Kathryn Scott, of Sarasota, for $266,500. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,713 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $484,900 in 2007.

Sarasota Venice Company’s
David Warner, of Cortez, sold his home at 5353 Midland Road to Julio and Michelle Delcastillo, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1979, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,808 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $96,300 in 1986.

Frank and Taunia Howell, of Sarasota, sold their home at 333 Edmondson Ave. to Avigale McLoughlin, of Kalaheo, Hawaii, for $1.35 million. Built in 1929, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,859 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.6 million in 2006.

Cocoanut Bayou
Albert and Katharine Glass sold their home at 4165 Higel Ave. to Lee and Judith Hydeman, of Sonoita, Ariz., for $1.12 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,187 square feet of living area.

Tortoise Estates
Donna Pickard, trustee, sold the home at 1265 Tree Bay Lane to Thomas and Linda Edelston, of Sarasota, for $975,000. Built in 1954, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,782 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2003.

Cedars on Siesta Key
C. Beth Cotner, trustee, sold the home at 7810 Midnight Pass Road to Simon and Janet Braun, of Asheville, N.C., for $750,000. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,400 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $625,000 in 2009.

Peppertree Bay
Samuel and Janette Petersheim, of Arthur, Ill., sold their Unit 112 condominium at 1019 Peppertree Drive to Tracy Schatko, trustee, for $660,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 975 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2009.

Horizons West
Michael and Kathryn Tierney, of Aurora, Ill., sold their Unit B-7 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to John and Susan Hoskins, of Williamsville, N.Y., for $470,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2004.

Fisherman’s Cove
David and Patricia Simmons, of St. Petersburg, sold their Unit A-108 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Robert and Roseann Haussman, Michael and Cecelia Haussman, James DeBos and Ashley Haussman, of Frisco, Colo., for $400,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2004.
