Ranch Country Club homes top weekly real estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 19-22.

Two homes in The Country Club of Lakewood Ranch top the transactions in this week’s real estate. Kathy and Gerald Miller, trustees, sold the home at 7059 Twin Hills Terrace to Kathleen and Michael Hazell, Lakewood Ranch, for $775,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, four and one half-baths, a pool and 3,785 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $950,000 in 2005.

Linda Ozley, Bradenton, sold her home at 13723 Oasis Terrace to William Bunting, Lakewood Ranch, for $725,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,917 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
John and Colleen Papa of Bothell, Wash., sold their home at 12708 Kite Drive to Philip and Amy Figgins, Bradenton, for $410,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,228 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $558,900 in 2007.

Fox Pointe
Henry and Karen Kehoe sold their home at 5472 Golf Pointe Drive to Daniel Reeves and Pamela Myrose, Sarasota, for $386,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $392,000 in 2004.

Mill Creek
N.P. Dodge Jr., trustee, sold the home at 1906 154th St. E. to Donna and David Gillaspy, Bradenton, for $370,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $429,000 in 2008.

Alan and Deborah Fifield, Bradenton, sold their home at 13808 18th Place E. to Kathleen and Timothy Goodwin, Bradenton, for $327,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,692 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2001.

Hampton Terrace at University Place
Robert Kinderman, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 7719 Edmonston Circle to Christin Perkinson, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,637 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $403,700 in 2003.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
US Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 8828 Brookfield Terrace to Arthur and Deborah Katzmann, Bradenton, for $335,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,049 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2006.

Plantations at Tara Golf and Country Club
Carl Cannova, trustee, University Park, sold the home at 6664 Butlers Crest Drive to Kimble and Catherine Martin, Bradenton, for $268,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,103 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2004.

Rosedale Highlands
Rosedale 72 LLC sold the home at 9742 51st Terrace E. to David and Mary Reichert, Bradenton, for $283,200. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2007.

Savannah Preserve at University Place
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the unit 8021 condominium at 8021 Tybee Court to Arnold and Jane Myers, University Park, for $260,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,664 square feet of living area.

Summerfield
Federal National Mortgage Association sold the home at 11871 Hollyhock Drive to Siew Sim and Che Choo, Bradenton, for $208,400. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2005.

Bay Club
TBR II Development LLC sold the unit 2302 condominium at 2925 Terra Ceia Bay Blvd. to Charles and Judith O’Connor, Palmetto, for $275,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,306 square feet of living area.
