A home in Ocean View tops all real-estate transactions from April 27 to April 30. Richard and Marian Aubry, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8258 Midnight Pass Road to James and Marie Holland, of Chadds Ford, Pa., for $735,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,570 square feet of living area.
