The Phillippi Farmhouse Market opened its second season Wednesday, Nov. 3, at Phillippi Estate Park, and featured music, speeches and product giveaways.

The market specializes in fresh, local produce, including fruits, vegetables, cut flowers, herbs and organic and hydroponic produce. Prepared foods are available to eat at the market, either picnic- or take-home style. There are also sustainable, specialty and Florida-related agricultural products.

The market will be open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Wednesday from November through April. For information, visit www.farmhousemarket.org.
