Ranch Country Club home sells for $777K

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 15-28.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Bart Wyatt sold his home at 7104 Ashland Glen to Charles and Diana Romito, Bradenton, for $777,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,962 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,761,000 in 2006.

EAST COUNTY
Mote Ranch
Carolyn Hedley sold her home at 6914 Laredo Terrace to Constance Puleo and David Wilson, Sarasota, for $350,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,626 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $296,400 in 2002.

Riverwalk Village
Jennifer Bermudez and William Quinn of Chatham, N.J., sold their home at 10912 Bullrush Terrace to David and Kari Bryan, Bradenton, for $345,900. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,605 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2003.

Mill Creek
Stephen and Amy Rakouskas Westfield, Ind., sold their home at 15104 17th Ave. E. to Thomas and Carol Woolery, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,745 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $310,000 in 2008.

Julia Borsos sold her home at 7845 Ashley Circle to Robert Goodman, University Park, for $300,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,235 square feet of living area.
